This Privacy Policy explains how Taylor Ballard ("I," "me," or "Taylor Ballard Performance Nutrition") collects, uses, stores, and protects information you provide when using:

• The Fitness Coaching Page at taylorbballard.com/coaching — coaching consultation requests
• The Portfolio Site at taylorbballard.com — general contact
• Associated Instagram accounts — @tb.performancenutrition and @coach.taylorb

By using any of these services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

When you apply for TBPN or request coaching:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Date of birth (TBPN applications only — used for personalization)
• Sport, position, or fitness level
• Fitness goals (bulk, cut, recomp, performance, etc.)
• Monthly budget
• Any message or notes you include

When you use the TBPN client portal:

• Body weight, height, and activity level
• Dietary restrictions and allergies
• Grocery store preferences and zip code
• Shopping list activity and session logs
• Fitness training logs (sets, reps, weight) if a program is assigned
• Recipe and meal guide customizations
• Macro and calorie targets

When you use the chatbot or contact forms:

• Name and email address
• The content of your message
• Cancellation reason (if submitting a cancellation request)

Automatically collected:

• Basic usage data via Firebase (Google) — page interactions, session data
• No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are used on this site

Your information is used exclusively to deliver the services you signed up for:

• To support your wellness goals and deliver your grocery ideas and meal inspiration
• To respond to your consultation request or coaching inquiry
• To communicate with you about your membership or program
• To process cancellation requests
• To conduct your quarterly check-in
• To improve the portal experience based on how it's being used

I do not use your information for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to delivering your service.

Your data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, a cloud database service provided by Google LLC. Firebase uses industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Firebase's data infrastructure is hosted in the United States.

Your client portal password is stored directly in your Firestore profile document. I recommend treating it as you would any account credential — don't share it with others.

Stripe, the payment processor, handles all billing information. I never see or store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

Taylor Ballard is the sole administrator with access to your full client profile, application data, and contact messages. This is accessed through a password-protected admin dashboard.

Third-party services that process your data as part of delivering the service:

• Google Firebase — database and authentication infrastructure
• Stripe — recurring billing and payment processing
• DreamHost — website hosting and email delivery
• Spoonacular API — recipe data (anonymized queries only — no personal data is sent)

I do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with any other third parties for any reason.

The TBPN portal uses Firebase Authentication, which may store a session token in your browser's local storage to keep you logged in. This is not a tracking cookie — it exists solely to maintain your login session.

No advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts are used on any Taylor Ballard property.

Instagram, if you engage with @tb.performancenutrition or @coach.taylorb, is subject to Meta's own privacy policy. I have no control over how Meta handles data from platform interactions.

You have the right to:

• Access your data — request a copy of everything stored about you
• Correct your data — update any inaccurate information in your profile
• Delete your data — request full deletion of your profile and all associated data
• Cancel your membership — use the cancellation form in the chatbot at taylorbballard.com/consulting or email directly
• Opt out of communications — reply to any email to unsubscribe from non-essential communications

Requests will be responded to within 48 hours. Data deletion requests will be completed within 7 business days.

Your data is retained for as long as you are an active TBPN member or have an open coaching inquiry. If you cancel your membership or request deletion, your data will be removed from the Firebase database within 7 business days.

Application data from people who were not accepted as clients is deleted within 90 days of the application date.

TBPN services are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through any of these services, please contact me immediately and I will delete that data promptly.

I take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including using Firebase's encrypted cloud infrastructure, HTTPS on all pages, and limiting admin access to a single password-protected account.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While I use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, I cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your information, I will notify you within 72 hours.

This policy may be updated from time to time. When it is, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change. If the changes are significant, I will notify active members by email.

Continued use of TBPN services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
